Jessica Sinkey and Adam Klein exchanged vows in Athens, Georgia June 18th 2011. Jessica, a native of Athens whose family supports the bulldogs, knew that getting married on campus in the UGA chapel was the perfect place to tie the knot! The bright blue tablecloths at the rehearsal dinner really made the room pop! Slips of ribbon in the same shade encircled the glass jars that served as candle holders.
We loved the wedding colors that they chose! The yellow roses created a striking contrast to the rich, chocolaty shade of the lanterns they graced. We also liked how these golden flowers brightened up the darkness of the pews.
And the bride? She looked exquisite leaning against the darker hues of this backdrop! Definitely one of the most breathtaking photographs taken during the entire event! The lace mermaid gown, with its chapel length train and bodice completely covered by stunning Swarovski crystals, accentuated the beauty of this bride! Her big smile adds so much happiness to this picture! Ok. We all know how important shoes are to girls, right? Jessica loves the color blue, and found a way to include it on the underside of her ivory heels! They were stunning! And the connection between Jessica and Adam is obvious. Just look at their smiles!
Jessica and Adam shared such a sweet story to us of how they became a couple. After first meeting Adam in the local Irish pub where Jessica worked, she decided to try and set him up with a few of her friends. When that didn’t work, she decided that she would go on a date with him. Great choice! Otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to be a part of this wonderful day! And it’s all sealed with a kiss J
So, now that you’ve seen the cool ways that Jessica incorporated blue into her wedding, what’s the most awesome thing you’ve ever seen done with the color blue at a wedding?
